Draft for legal review. Covers the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law 45 of 2021) and the EU GDPR for clients in Europe.

Who we are

Langwieder Global Solutions provides the OIP Growth Engine software to BPO companies.

What we collect

Account data (name, work email, role), client business data entered by users (diagnosis, KPIs, pipeline, contacts at the client's prospects), usage and security logs (sign-ins, changes, exports).

Why

To provide the software, keep it secure, send service emails (invites, renewal reminders) and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data and do not use client data to train AI models.

Where it is stored

In the hosting region agreed with each client (to be fixed before launch: UAE or EU), with daily encrypted backups kept for 30 days.

Sub-processors

Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI features, no training on client data), Resend (email). The current list is kept on this page.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Contact: privacy@langwieder-global.com.

Retention

Client data is deleted within 90 days after the licence ends, unless the client asks for earlier deletion or the law requires longer.
