The OIP (Operational Integrity Partner) Growth Engine methodology was created by Ricardo Langwieder-Görner, Managing Partner of Langwieder Global Solutions. It brings together five components: the Foundation (12 pillars), three growth motions and the five demand channels that feed them, a six stage pipeline, post sales in five phases and governance, with 193 building blocks and the rules that connect them.
This software is the methodology in working form: the diagnosis, the gates, the pipeline, the 90 day plan and the adviser. The method and its logic stay on the server; each client sees only its own results.
